Is all of your chicken really certified halal?
Yes. Every piece of chicken we serve is certified halal, and it is the same across every dish on the menu. It is not a special request or a separate line in the kitchen. It is simply how we cook.
Who certifies your halal chicken?
Our chicken is sourced from Noor Al-Jabal through Mountaire Farms and is certified by the Halal Food Council USA (HFC-USA). That covers how the birds are raised, processed and handled.
Do you cook with any alcohol?
No. There is no alcohol in any of our marinades, sauces or cooking. Not in the kitchen, not in the recipes.
Do you serve pork?
No. Pork and lard have never been in our kitchen and never will be.
Is the whole kitchen halal, or just the meat?
The kitchen is built around it. All of our meat is certified halal, we cook without alcohol, and there is no pork on site, so there is nothing to double-check when you order.
