CLEAN INGREDIENTS
No Seed Oils.
Every dish at Tikka Drive is cooked in pure ghee and avocado oil. No canola, no soybean, no sunflower, no “vegetable oil.”
Most fast-food kitchens fry in cheap seed oil because it costs less and lasts longer on a shelf. We made a different call. Tikka Drive cooks the way Punjabi home kitchens always have, in ghee, with avocado oil where a dish needs high heat. That is the whole list.
What We Cook With

Ghee
Clarified butter, slow-cooked until it turns nutty and golden. It is the base of real Indian cooking and a big reason our curries taste the way they do.

Avocado Oil
Clean, neutral, and steady at high heat. We reach for it when a dish needs a lighter touch, never the seed oils everyone else uses.
What You Won't Find
The seed oils most kitchens fry in, and we never touch.
None of it goes near your food.
Why We Bother
Good fat is part of good cooking. Ghee and avocado oil have been trusted for generations, and the food simply tastes better for it. Skipping seed oils costs us more per dish. We think it is worth it, and we think you can taste the difference at the window.
Taste it for yourself.
