The Everyday Punjabi Staple
Chana masala is the dish India actually eats: chickpeas simmered until creamy inside, in a masala of onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic browned down slow with whole spices. It is hearty enough to be the main event, not a side salad with ambitions. Ours is made fresh through the day, the same as every curry on the menu.

Vegan by Recipe, Not Retrofit
Most Indian kitchens finish everything in ghee, which quietly takes vegan off the table. Our chana masala is cooked in avocado oil instead, so it is genuinely vegan and dairy free without asking for changes. Gluten free too, like every entree we make, with no seed oils and no artificial colors.
How We Make It
1
Slow Masala Base
Onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic browned down in avocado oil with whole spices.
2
Chickpeas Simmered
The chana cooks in the masala until each one is tender and creamy inside.
3
Finished Fresh
Brightened with spices and cilantro, spice level 1 mild to 5 authentic hot.
Make It a Meal
Complimentary basmati rice comes with every entree. The lemonade is sweetened with monk fruit, nothing else.
