Arizona's First Indian Drive-Thru
Tikka Drive started the way a lot of good things do, almost by accident. Rahul Sahota came to Arizona from a village in Punjab in 2015 and worked his way through kitchen jobs with his family, eventually opening a small twelve-table restaurant. Then they noticed something. Most people did not want to sit down.
As Rahul puts it, “75% of our customers didn’t want to dine in. They wanted Indian food to go.” So we built a drive-thru around real Punjabi family recipes. The same handmade food and open kitchen, now fast enough to grab on your way home. This isn’t fast food. It’s Indian culture in motion.

Behind the window are five authentic clay tandoors, imported from India, where the team hand-crafts naan the traditional way. No freezers, no microwaves, no shortcuts. Everything is cooked in pure ghee, never seed oils, and all of our meat is certified halal. Real spice, open kitchen, real food.
