NATURALLY GLUTEN-FREE
Gluten-Free Indian Food.
Almost everything we make is already gluten-free. Every entree on our menu is. The only thing that is not is the naan.
Most Indian curries are gluten-free without even trying. They are built on onions, tomatoes, cream, and spices, not flour. That is why every entree we serve is gluten-free. Order any of them with basmati rice instead of naan and you have a full gluten-free plate. The one thing on our menu with gluten is the naan, which is made from wheat like all naan is.
What You Can Eat

Every Curry on the Menu
Butter chicken, tikka masala, korma, chicken curry, paneer, chana masala. Every entree we make is gluten-free, with no wheat and no flour thickeners in the sauce.

Basmati, Not Bread
Skip the naan and pair your curry with fluffy basmati rice. It is naturally gluten-free and soaks up the sauce just as well.
Where Gluten Usually Hides
The places gluten sneaks into restaurant food. None of them are in our curries.
The naan has wheat. Everything else on our menu is gluten-free.
Why It's Easy Here
Indian cooking leans on rice, lentils, and spice, so gluten-free is the normal state of things, not a special order. If you are celiac or very sensitive, tell us when you order and we will take extra care. We keep things separate where we can, though we share one kitchen, so we cannot promise a zero-trace environment.
