You do not have to eat meat to eat well here. Our paneer and chickpea dishes get the same fresh ingredients and real spice as everything else.
Indian cooking has some of the best vegetarian food in the world, and we treat it that way. The veggie plate is not an afterthought tucked at the bottom of the menu. Our paneer tikka masala and our chana masala are made fresh with the same clean ingredients as the rest of the kitchen, and the chana masala is fully vegan.
The Two Mains

Paneer Tikka Masala
Vegetarian. Cubes of soft, fresh paneer cheese in our creamy tikka masala sauce. All the comfort of the classic, no meat needed.

Chana Masala
Vegan. Chickpeas simmered in onion, tomato, ginger, and spice. We cook it in avocado oil instead of ghee, so it is fully plant-based and dairy-free.
