Is the chana masala actually vegan?
Yes. It is cooked in avocado oil instead of ghee, so there is no dairy in it. It is also gluten-free, like every entree we make.
Can we order an all-vegetarian event?
Absolutely. Pujas, temple events and fully veg weddings are regulars. Call 480-691-4040 and we will build the menu around your event.
Can we mix veg and non-veg trays?
Yes, and most groups do: a paneer or chana tray next to the butter chicken so everyone gets a real main. Every meat we serve is certified halal.
What does it cost?
Trays feed up to 15 for $125 or up to 30 for $225, basmati rice included. Boxed meals are $15 per person with a 10-box minimum. Naan packs from $25.
How much notice do you need?
Boxed meals need just an hour; for 30 or more boxes, give us two. For multiple trays or weekend events, call a day or two ahead.
