Do you use seed oils?

No. We use ghee in all of our dishes other than our vegan dish where we use avocado oil.

Do you use artificial food coloring?

No — and that's something we're proud of. Most Indian restaurants rely on artificial food dyes (like Red 40 and Yellow 5) to make dishes like tikka masala, butter chicken, and mango lassi look brighter.

Do you have indoor seating?

Yes! We have seating for about 50 guests. Dine in, enjoy your meal, and relax with a cold Indian beer as well.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We're on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub, so you can get Tikka Drive brought right to your door.

How long does it take to get my food?

Most orders are ready in under 5 minutes—fresh, fast, and flavorful.

Is everything really made from scratch?

Yes! No freezers. No microwaves. No shortcuts. Every dish is made fresh in small hourly batches using real ingredients, traditional methods, and family recipes from Punjab.

Can I customize the spice level of my dish?

Yes! Absolutely. Every main dish is available from Level 1 (Mild) to Level 5 (Authentic Hot).

Is your food kid-friendly?

Definitely. Level 1 (Mild) is gentle for kids, and they'll love our naan and rice.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Definitely. Vegetarian: Paneer Tikka Masala, Chana Masala, Plain Naan, Garlic Naan, Raita, Rice. Vegan: Chana Masala. Gluten-Free: All entrees (except naan).

Do your dishes contain nuts?

Only our Chicken Korma contains cashews and coconut. The rest of our menu is nut-free. Although we keep nuts separate from other foods, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

Do you have dairy-free options?

Yes! Our Chicken Curry and Chana Masala are dairy-free. Let us know about your allergy and we'll take extra care with your meal.

Do you serve halal meat?

Yes, all our meat is certified halal. We take pride in offering food that respects your dietary and cultural values—without compromising on flavor.

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes! We offer a selection of Indian beers for dine-in guests.

Chicken Curry

Tender halal chicken in a homestyle onion-tomato curry. No cream, no butter, no ghee: this is the one you order when you want it dairy free.

The Curry Made at Home

Butter chicken and tikka masala are restaurant dishes. Chicken curry is what actually gets cooked in Punjabi homes: onions and tomatoes browned down slow with ginger, garlic and whole spices, then tender chicken simmered right in the masala. No cream to hide behind, just deep, honest gravy made for spooning over basmati rice.

Dairy Free by Design

Every other chicken entree on our menu leans on cream or ghee. This one never has: it’s cooked in avocado oil, so there’s no cream, no butter and no ghee anywhere in the bowl. Like every entree we make, it’s also gluten free and certified halal. If dairy is the thing you’re avoiding, this is your curry, full stop.

How We Make It

Slow Masala Base

Onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic browned down slow with whole spices. The gravy is the work.

Halal Chicken In

Tender certified-halal chicken simmered straight in the masala so it soaks up everything.

Avocado Oil Only

No cream, no butter, no ghee, no seed oils. Dairy free without asking for changes.

We’re Arizona’s first seed-oil-free Indian restaurant: everything is cooked in pure ghee or avocado oil, with no artificial colors and certified halal meat. The chicken curry takes the avocado-oil road, which is exactly why it can stay dairy free.
