FRESH FROM THE TANDOOR
Butter Naan
Hand-stretched dough baked on the wall of a real clay tandoor, pulled off blistered and hot, brushed with butter. Plain perfect.
One Minute on a Clay Wall
Every naan starts as a ball of dough that gets stretched by hand when you order, then slapped onto the inside wall of one of our five clay tandoors. About a minute later it comes off puffed, blistered and charred in the right places. No freezer case, no flat-top, no bread that was baked yesterday. That is the entire recipe for why it tastes like this.

Butter, and That's the Point
Straight out of the tandoor it gets a brush of real butter while it is still steaming, so it soaks in instead of sitting on top. One honest heads-up: naan is made with wheat, the one item on our menu that is not gluten free. It is vegetarian, with no seed oils and no artificial colors anywhere.
How We Make It
1
Stretched to Order
Dough is portioned and hand-stretched when you order, never pre-rolled and stacked.
2
Baked on Clay
It bakes stuck to the tandoor wall, puffing and blistering in about a minute.
3
Brushed With Butter
Real butter on the hot bread, cut, and handed out the window.
What to Scoop With It
Every entree comes with complimentary basmati rice; the naan is for everything the spoon misses. Feeding a table? Butter naan comes by the pack: 10 for $25, 30 for $75, 50 for $120.

Why Ours Is Different
Most fast food bread comes off a truck. Ours comes off the wall of a 900-degree clay oven, in a kitchen with no freezers and no microwaves, at Arizona’s first Indian drive-thru.

“This place is going to be on our regular dining list for sure. The service was solid, took about five minutes to get our order from the time we ordered at the counter. The butter chicken was an instant hit with the wife and my chicken tikka masala…”
